Ann was born before 30 MAY 1776, the daughter of Ralph Butler and Martha Coney. The place is not known.[Note 2]

She died on 23 FEB 1839 in Thornborough, Buckinghamshire.

Her husband was Thomas Pulley, who she married on 16 JAN 1797 in Kidlington or Cuddesdon, Oxfordshire. Their eight known children were Matilda (?-1870), Martha (1797-1862), Ann (1799-1851), Thomas (<1800-c1869), Elizabeth (<1803-<1851), Zilpah (c1807-1876), William (<1810-?) and Barbara (<1813-1875).
