The inhabitants of Adstock, and Ellis Clarke, Thomas Hogg, Henry Cooper etc, all of the same, for not keeping in repair a watercourse called Ham Gutter, which runs through Home Mead and adjoins the highway from Winslow to Buckingham [this gutter still exists]
