Henry was born on 27 DEC 1865 in Tingewick, Buckinghamshire, the son of Edwin Judd and Anne Elizabeth Allen.[Note 1]

He died on 23 MAR 1924 in Douglas Street, New Town, Hobart, Tasmania.[Note 2]

His wife was Nona Bellairs Tibballs, whom he married on 4 DEC 1891 in West Hobart, Tasmania. Their three known children were Esme (>1891->1936), Jack (c1895-c1924) and Dulcie Bellairs (1898-?).
