Eliza was born on 30 JAN 1812 in Gawcott, Buckinghamshire, the daughter of William Burnall and Frances Tompkins.

She died in AUG 1876. The place is not known.[Notes 2, 3]

Her husband was Joseph Holton, whom she married on 22 OCT 1835 in Tingewick, Buckinghamshire. Their five known children were William (1836-<1836), John (1837->1837), Caroline (1838-1865), Amy (or Emma) (1841->1917) and Sarah (<1844-c1924).
