George was born before 19 FEB 1809 in Gawcott, Buckinghamshire, the son of William Burnall and Frances Tompkins.[Note 1]

He died on 13 APR 1878 in Tingewick, Buckinghamshire.[Notes 2, 3]

His wife was Ann Gibbard, whom he married on 7 FEB 1831 in Tingewick, Buckinghamshire, Buckinghamshire. Their four known children were William (1831-?), Betsey (1833-?), Elizabeth (1834-?) and Fanny (1837-?).
