Personal and Family Information

Francis was born about 1764 in Buckinghamshire, the son of unknown parents.[Note 1]

He had two marriages/partners. His first wife was Lucy Mills, whom he married on 8 APR 1786 in Steeple Claydon, Buckinghamshire. Their two known children were Susanna (<1784->1814) and Mary (<1786-?).

His second wife was Elizabeth Deacon, whom he married in BEF 1829. The place has not been found. Their only known child was John Cornelius (<1829-?).
