Catherine was born on 15 JAN 1835 in Tingewick, Buckinghamshire, the daughter of Daniel Coles and Elizabeth Gibbard.

She died before 25 JUN 1861. The place is not known.[Note 1]

Her husband was Benjamin Key, whom she married on 15 SEP 1856 in Tingewick, Buckinghamshire. Their three known children were [William] Jesse (<1857->1861), John (<1859-?) and Emma (1860-?).
