Fanny was born on 2 JUL 1837 in Tingewick, Buckinghamshire, the daughter of George Burnall and Ann Gibbard.[Note 1]

She had two marriages/partners. Her first husband was Moses Lee, who she married on 14 SEP 1856 in Tingewick, Buckinghamshire. Their six known children were William H. (c1857-?), Elizabeth Ann (c1859-?), George T. (c1860-?), Harry (c1863-?), John J. (c1869-?) and Esther Agnes (c1870-?).

Her second husband was Charles Reynolds, who she married in ABT MAY 1898 in Salford, Lancashire. Their six known children were William H. (c1857-?), Elizabeth Ann (c1859-?), George T. (c1860-?), Harry (c1863-?), John J. (c1869-?) and Esther Agnes (c1870-?).
