Mary was born about 1818 in Edgcott, Buckinghamshire, the daughter of Joseph Butler but her mother is unknown.

She died on 10 JUL 1875. The place is not known.

Her husband was Thomas Berry, who she married on 20 NOV 1845 in Tingewick, Buckinghamshire. Their seven known children were Joseph Butler (<1847-?), John (<1849-1874), William (1850-?), Charlotte Ann (<1853-?), Emily (<1857-?), Elizabeth Mary (<1859->1882) and Charles (c1862-?).
