His wife was Elizabeth Dudley Cave, who he married on 09 FEB 1880 in Tingewick, Buckinghamshire. Their five known children were Catherine Mary (c1881-?), Joseph W. (c1884-?), Emily A. (c1885-?), John T. (c1889-?) and George Dudley (c1892-?).
