Thomas was born about 1823 in Deanshanger, Northamptonshire, the son of Anthony Bloxham and Anne Holloway.[Note 1]

He died before 28 APR 1883. The place is not known.[Note 2]

His wife was Elizabeth Smith, whom he married on 21 NOV 1843 in Buckingham registration district, Buckinghamshire. Their eleven known children were John (c1844-?), Mary (c1846-?), Anthony (<1849-?), Elizabeth (>1851-?), Joseph (c1854-?), [Mr] (<1857-?), Ann Theresa (<1856-?), Diana (c1860-?), Sarah Ann (<1862-?), Thomas Henry (<1864-1928) and Stephen (<1869-<1872).
