He died in 1825. The place is not known.[Note 2]

He had two marriages/partners. His first wife is not known. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their only known child was George (c1810-1889).

His second wife was Frances Nelson, whom he married on 24 OCT 1805 in Tingewick, Buckinghamshire. Their seven known children were William (c1812-<1891), Richard (<1816-<1817), Richard (<1817-?), Henry (<1820-?), Catharine (<1821-1885), Sarah (1824-1908) and Henry (<1825-c1841).

DEATH: Richard's wife, Fanny, appears to have taken the tenancy of a cottage in 1843, implying that Richard was dead by then: however at Catharine's marriage in 1844 he is given as 'grocer' with no mention of his being dead ....
