Mary was born on 8 JAN 1836 in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire, the daughter of Simeon J Blake and Susannah un.[Note 1]

She died on 13 JAN 1905 in Buckingham registration district, Buckinghamshire.[Notes 2, 3]

Her husband was Joseph Betts Lever, whom she married on 26 MAY 1864 in St. Mary's, Marylebone, Middlesex. Their seven known children were Ernest (c1866-?), Alfred (c1867-<1874), Joseph (c1868-?), Ada Margaret (c1869-?), Evelyn Mary (c1871-?), Millicent E. (c1872-?) and Frank Alfred (c1874-?).
