Thomas was born about 1772 in Helmdon, Northamptonshire, the son of [Mr] Bull but his mother is unknown.

He died on 7 DEC 1854 in Tingewick, Buckinghamshire.[Note 1]

His wife was Martha Bandy. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their four known children were Richard (c1813->1880), Elizabeth (c1813-<1849), Hannah (1815-1833) and Lucy (1819-?).
