Norman was born in JUL 1880 in Birmingham, Warwick, the son of Leone Nelson Neal Wimbush and Hannah Amelia Hill.[Notes 1, 2]

He died in 1965. The place is not known.[Note 3]

His wife was Ida Margaret Hughes, whom he married in 1921 in Bromsgrove, Birmingham. They had no known children.
