Fanny was born about 1801 in Tingewick, Buckinghamshire, the daughter of unknown parents.

Her husband was John Clarke, whom she married in BEF 1839. The place has not been found. Their two known children were Elizabeth M. (c1839->1881) and Anne (c1840->1881).
