She died on 2 APR 1917 in Radclive, Buckinghamshire.[Note 2]

Her husband was William John Roots, whom she married on 21 AUG 1869 in Belton, Grantham, Lin. Their nine known children were Mary Ellen (c1870-?), William Ralph (1872-1952), Fredrick Charles (c1873-?), Marian Ethel (c1875->1898), Ethelbert (c1876-1958), Elizabeth (c1879-?), John (c1882-1915), Esther Ann (c1883-?) and Evelyn (c1886-?).

Note 2

WJ did have a son John, who died in 1915. I don't know any more about John, unfortunately -- most of this info is from my father who did the research years ago, and hasn't passed on some of his source information.

WJ is my GG grandfather. He died on 2 August 1909 at Rookery Farm, and is buried in Tingewick in a double grave with his wife, Elizabeth Mary, who died in Radclive on 2 April 1917.
