This is the last Will and testament of me William Allcock of Welford in the County of Gloucester yeoman first I will and direct all my just debts ffuneral & Testementary Expenses to be fully paid and discharged by my Executor hereinafter nominated and appointed with ----out ?expedition after my decease & devise unto my Wife Susanna Allcock all that my Orchard malthouse Stable outbuildings and all other my real Estate situate and being in Welford in the said County of Gloucester now in the possession and occupation of myself & William Lysum with all right ---- & appurtenances to the said ---- belonging and appertaining to hold the said premises unto my said wife for and during the term of her natural life and from and immediately after her decease I give & devise the same --- and premises with their appurtenances unto my oldest son John Allcock and to his heirs and assigns for ever I give and bequeath unto my said Son John Allcock all & singular my money, securities for money Goods Chattels and other my personal Estate and Effects of whatsoever nature or denomination upon trust to place my money out at Interest upon such Security as he may approve and pay the interest or ---ood arising therefrom unto my said Wife Susanna Allcock and her assigns for and during the term of her natural life & also to permit and suffer my said Wife to have the use & benefit of my household Goods & ffurniture for & during the term of her natural life and fis-and after her decease I do hereby --- and bequeath out of the whole of my personal Estate the following legacies or sums of money that is to say my Son Thomas Allcock the sum of One hundred pounds to my daughter Mary the wife of Joseph George the sum of Sixty ponds to the four Children of my late Daughter Sarah the wife of Matthew Mills the sum of sixty pounds to be severally divided between them share & share alike and to my Son Jeffery Allcock the sum of Twenty pounds all of Good and lawful money of the united kingdom of Great Britain & Ireland current in England to be paid to my said several & respective legatees or to their respective heirs or assigns within six months next after the Decease of my said Wife and as for and concerning the residue & remainder of my personal Estate & Effects I give & bequeath the same --- and every part thereof unto my said Son John Allcock but in case my said personal Estate & Effects should happen to prove insufficient for payment of the said Legacies or sums of money hereinbefore given and bequeathed then I do hereby devise & ?make ?chargeable my said orchard malthouse Stable & other my real Estate at Welford aforesaid before devised unto my said Son John Allcock with what ever sum may be deficient in my personal Estate for payment of the before mentioned pecuniary Legacies and hereby order & direct my said Son John Alcock his heirs or assigns to pay such deficiency out of my real Estate accordingly and I do hereby also nominate constitute & appoint my said Son John Alcock sole Executor of this my last Will & Testament revoking and making absolutely void all former and other will & wills by and at any time written made & published In testament whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my Seal this ninth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eleven - Wm Allcock O signed sealed published and declared by the said testor William Allcock as for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his desire and in his presence & in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as Witnesses thereunto the interlineation between the 20th & 21st lines from the top above the words or to their respective Exors or assings being first made and noticed by us - Thomas Cox - Richard Bolton both of Welford - Robt Bull Wheler Clerk to Mr Wheeler Solr Stratford up on Avon

Proved at London 6th June 1812 before the Judge by the oath of John Allcock the son & sole Executor to whom adm'n was granted being sworn by ---- to adm'r
