Hannah was born about 1792 in Tingewick, Buckinghamshire, the daughter of unknown parents.

She died before 23 MAR 1866. The place is not known.[Note 1]

Her husband was George Smith, whom she married on 26 SEP 1811 in Tingewick, Buckinghamshire. Their four known children were Hannah (c1816-?), George (<1816-?), Edmund (<1817->1851) and Joseph (<1819-c1884).
