Eliza was born before 23 AUG 1857 in Tingewick, Buckinghamshire, the daughter of Joseph Heritage and Sarah Terry.

She had two marriages/partners. Her first husband is not known. They were married, but the date and place have not been found. Their only known child was Edith Gertrude Bishop (1885-1953).

Her second husband was George William Pile Warmington, whom she married on 19 JUL 1887 in Fulham registration district, London. Their four known children were Florence (c1889-?), Ethel (c1890-?), Constance (c1892-?) and Charles (c1896-?).
