Richard was born about 1745 in Preston Bissett, Buckinghamshire, the son of unknown parents.[Note 2]

He died in 1779. The place is not known.

His wife was Elizabeth Woodland, whom he married on 12 JUL 1767 in Tingewick, Buckinghamshire. Their only known child was Anne (<1771-c1847).
