Letitia was born about 1812 in Tingewick, Buckinghamshire, the daughter of unknown parents.[Note 2]

She died in JAN 1880. The place is not known.[Note 3]

Her husband was Edward Smith, whom she married on 8 AUG 1831 in Tingewick, Buckinghamshire. Their six known children were Ann (1831-c1911), Elizabeth (1833-<1844), Diana (1836-c1887), Richard George (>1841-?), Betsey (<1844-?) and George (<1848-1920).
