William was born before 2 JUN 1805 in Tingewick, Buckinghamshire, the son of Thomas Hale and Elizabeth Winterbourne.[Note 1]

He died before 9 MAR 1862. The place is not known.[Notes 2, 3]

He had two marriages/partners. His first wife was Elizabeth Bradford, whom he married on 30 OCT 1826 in Tingewick, Buckinghamshire. They had no known children.

His second wife was Ann Bunnion, whom he married on 4 APR 1858 in Tingewick, Buckinghamshire, Buckinghamshire. They had no known children.
